It is with deep gratitude that I am able to say that with your amazing help and resources, the results are positive !!! Those words "your attempt was successful" are some of the sweetest words I have ever read. I have friends who are at various earlier stages in the program and I have already told them about you and your help. Those replies to questions any day of the week still amaze me! the questions were extremely relevant.... in fact, one ( the kind of wood for scaffolding) was word for word! I just smiled at that one and then after the exam, found that other students picked spruce. There were no motor questions which surprised me. One that I wasn't ready for was about protractors. It had been too long since I used them. The micrometer questions were very similar. There were of course alignment questions, a fair bit of rigging stuff, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors.... basically, your practise test was excellent preparation. Do you teach at a college in Ontario? I wish you were in Saskatchewan!

A must read with relevant test questions that will help the Millwright student/apprentice prepare for the Ministry Trade exam. Every once in a while someone hits a home run with a book, and in my opinion, this one certainly does. It covers relevant topics and poses the right questions. I'd recommend this book to everyone connected with the Millwright Trade.

Matt, My buddy and I used your book to prepare for the NCCER millwright test. After a month or so of study, we wrote. We both passed with above 85%! As we have different backgrounds, your book helped us sort out what to focus on. The breakdown of the different sections was great, and the test format definitely helped us find out where we were weak. Thanks so much. It feels nice to work again after so many months off! I will recommend to others. Regards,
Mike

There were 12 of us we all did the exam with all 12 of us passing and getting our red seal certificate..It was appreciated foryou sending us answers to our questions and not having to wait to long on the answers. THANK YOU

Hi Matt, Just thought I'd let you know my husband passed, with 70%, good enough. He was feeling very confident, and it's finally overwith. That was his 5th time to write. Anyway, just wanted to thank you, your guide helped immensely, I think it was the difference, to help sort out what was relevant, and he is recommending it to others. Thanks again,
Heather
Hey Matt I wrote for my c of q on tuesday. I got your ref guide and sample questions the night before. I went through as many as I could. There were some similar questions on my exam. Some of the wording of the c of q questions was a bit strange, and a little hard to understand. However, I passed. Thanks for the help.

Dear Matt I got your digital copy of the study guide Wednesday Dec 29 2010. I read over it and took your test it refreshed my mind on lots of things. Over the last twenty years I worked on and off in the lumber industry as a maintenance man but for the last seven I've worked on turbines never severing an apprenticeship . Today I took a Millwright placement test and now I'm a journeyman.
THANKS Anthony
I bought your book before I when and write the provincial exam, I when trought it 5 times, it look great and the question seem to be right for the trades, it was very close from the provincial exam, ther was a lot of question who came back on the exam. It seem like they ask a LOT of question on the practical side and not on the theoric side. I thing your book his a great access as a refresher and as a study book for the provincial exam. I know for a fact they are copy of those exam, out there, I guess you just have to by lucky enought to find some of them and hope you get the exam you study! Thanks for your book, it's in my tool box, and I lok in it quite often.
Yan, Red Seal Millwright since June 24 2010!
